We will do our very best to deliver to you within 5 working days as soon as payments have been confirmed and the orders come through to us! However please understand that there may be some delays around the country whilst we all pick ourselves up again.

When you order multiple products in one transaction, we will ship all the items together. If in the unlikely event that we may not be able to ship them all at the same time, we will contact you through your preferred means of contact and let you know immediately.
If you are so impressed with our products and you can’t help but buy for your grandma or uncle at the same time, do take into account that one delivery address is accepted per transaction. Separate orders must be made for different addresses!

Your international currency exchange rates will vary in different countries and with different card providers. All payments will be taken by MANARI India in Indian Rupees. Do check with Mr. Google on exchange rates to give you a better idea on how much your order is!
Click your fingers, blink three times and your order will be at your door! If not, it will take between 7-21 days to reach you depending on the country. Please be patient, airplanes have speed limits too.
As much as we would love to, international orders do not qualify for free shipping. There’s a silver lining though! Keep a look out for our giveaways, gift cards and competitions.
PACKAGING

DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including Pin code and mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery.
An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped and also once delivered, for a complete update of our delivery process. We provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order until it reaches to you.
INDIA- Visit https://www.delhivery.com/ or https://www.bluedart.com/tracking and enter your tracking number for updated delivery information. We may occasionally use alternative shipping providers so we will inform you of any changes.
INTERNATIONAL- Shipping confirmation will be sent once your order has been processed. Tracking details is obtained as soon as your order has reached your country port so once we get that information, we will contact you promptly.

www.manariindia.com offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking transactions & UPI. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway Paytm is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.
International customers must select the Paytm gateway to be directed to card payment options. The stated "Cash On Delivery" option under Payments section is only available for India. We do not have a cash on delivery system for international clients so please do not select this payment option.
