We have a lot of respect for your health and hygiene. We also know that you take a lot of care of yourself and your friends and family. 

We do not think it is a good idea to resell masks that other people have worn or tried on especially as it is worn on the face. You would also agree that you wouldn’t want to wear someone else’s mask too, right? That is why we made the decision not to accept any masks as refunds or exchanges so we can prevent any possibility of spreading germs or infections.

No refunds on clothing. We accept exchanges of different sizes or with other products of/up to the same value as exchange amount. We can also offer a coupon code which can be used within a certain time frame. These changes can be made within 7 days after customers receive the product.
